Here at The Little Greek Kitchen Restaurant and Cooking School in Rhodes, we offer hands-on cookery courses offering a different dish each day.
Have you ever been on holiday and had a fantastic meal in a restaurant and loved it so much you wished you knew how to make it?
Now you can do just that! The courses are run from Monday to Friday by Bernie Dodd, passionate foodie with over 30 years’ experience in the food industry.
Come and spend a day at The Little Greek Kitchen and learn not only about the cuisine but also about the local produce, wine making, olive oils and the honey of this wonderful Island.
You can also learn how to create the perfect Meze with dishes such as, Dolmades, Olives, Keftedes, Gigantes, Tzatziki, Hummus and Filo Cheese Parcels.
Once the food is cooked, you will be able to sit and enjoy it with a glass of local wine or beer in beautiful surroundings.

Cooking Classes run Monday – Friday during the Summer Season. Short Classes start at 10.30am for approximately 2.5 hours for €50 per person.
You will make the following: – Main course and accompaniments plus some Tzatziki or Melitzanasalata (Roasted Eggplant Dip). Around 1pm you sit in the restaurant to enjoy the food made with a glass or two of wine or beer.
Longer Classes start at 9.30am for approximately 3.5 hours for €80 per person.
You will make the following: – Main course and several side dishes such as Meatballs, Cheeseballs, Tzatziki, Spetsofai and Kolokithokeftedes. Around 1pm you sit in the restaurant to enjoy the food made with a glass or two of wine or beer.
Main course choices are Mousaka, Kokkinisto, Gemista, Spanakopita, Chicken Souvlaki with Pita, Psari Plaki or Chicken Kozani.
