The Holiday Apartments in Kaligata were built in 2012 and are always in top condition. In March 2019, the villa including the apartments were completely renovated inside and out, newly furnished and newly equipped.
Both apartments are fully furnished. The kitchenettes are fully equipped with electrical appliances, cutlery, crockery, etc. The same applies to the corresponding bathrooms.
“Marie” is on the first floor. Has approx. 63 m² of living space without the balconies. From the balconies you have a wonderful view over olive groves, wide green landscapes and the Ionian Sea. Large balcony approx. 22 m² and small balcony of the bedroom approx. 2 m².
The apartment has its own entrance, a large living/lounge with a fireplace, an integrated kitchenette and a double sofa bed (160×200 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (200×200 cm) and a toilet/bathroom with a bathtub and shower facilities.
“Marie” can be occupied by up to 4 people plus a baby/toddler (up to 3 years of age).
“Leon” is on the ground floor (semi-basement). Also has its own entrance and approx. 72 m² of living space. From the terrace/open space you have the same view as in the “Marie” apartment.
“Leon” has a large living room/lounge with an integrated kitchenette and a double sofa bed (160×200 cm).
In the extended niche of the living room there is a bed (120×200 cm) with a wardrobe. A bedroom with a double bed (200×200 cm) and a toilet/bathroom with a very large shower cubicle.
“Leon” can be occupied by up to 5 people plus a baby/toddler (up to 3 years of age).
The open space of Villa Ela is approximately 480 m². There is also our barbecue grill. Our pool is 8 meters long and 4 meters wide. Everything is at your disposal at any time.
